ziRail creates a custom Maya node; the core node is of type \u201cziRail,\u201d and it contains data to generate the polygons during the process. It may remain in the scene to avoid any issues unless you delete the history of the mesh.<\/span><\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
This node is generated when pressing the \u201cpick source\u201d button in the UI. If, for some reason, this node is no longer in the scene, simply regenerate it by clicking that button.<\/span><\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The \u201coutMesh\u201d attribute of the source mesh\u2019s shape should be connected to the \u201cziRailMesh\u201d input attribute of the \u201cziRail\u201d node for evaluation. The interface takes care of this connection.<\/span><\/p>\n

Whenever a polygon creation occurs, a \u201cziPatchNode\u201d node is created in the mesh network to support the undo\/redo mechanism.<\/span><\/p>\n
